We started to port recent Cygwin version to new msys - Msys2.
Msys2 code is available on https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw/msys2-runtime in msys2-1.0-dev branch.

Now generally applied patch from old msys. But there are many issues that we need to resolve.

TODO:

• Fix code to support old-style /etc/fstab file
• Review and fix code to properly handle Win32 paths
• Add support to use junction points and native symlinks (seems it present in cygwin code)
